Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every quote, sample, and order placed with Giles Sports. By placing an order you agree to the terms below, along with our Refund Policy and file/size requirements.
Production Time
Standard production takes 10-14 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders are available for an additional surcharge, subject to availability confirmed by our team.
File Requirements
Design files must be submitted in PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD format at 300 DPI or higher. Low-resolution or incompatible files may delay production while we request replacements.
Color Accuracy
We use Pantone-matched sublimation printing for the closest possible color accuracy. Minor variations between screen colors and the final printed product can occur due to differences in monitor calibration and fabric dye behavior.
Refund Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable once production has begun. Orders cancelled before design approval may be refunded minus any design or processing fees already incurred.
Design Approval
A digital proof is provided for review before production begins. Production does not start until the client explicitly approves the proof. Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and delay delivery.
Payment
Orders may be paid in full or with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; card details are never stored by Giles Sports.
Shipping
Orders ship via the carrier and method selected at checkout. Giles Sports is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped. Tracking information is provided by email once available.
